You list all the good reasons why an naughty office girl needs to be spanked, except one. The exception you left out, is because spanking such a naughty female, is most enjoyable. Raising her dress, pulling down her knickers to bare her rear end. Then with fervant gusto, caning her. And caning her good on that bare bottom of hers.
